Old Heroes Delivered Favorites

This weekends performance wasn´t 220 Volt´s first gig in Eskilstuna.
They visited our old Blacksmith´s Town during their heydays in the 80´s when
they were considered one of the topnames in Europe. Well, they might not be
just as big today, but the people upfront are still singing along to their
old favorites. The "glow" of these old heroes won´t go away easy.

The singer Joakim Lundholm (the writer has mistaken Christer Åsell for Joakim Lundholm),who
wears nothing but suspenders except for the pants, sings with steady voice and
there´s no indication that his vocalcords have worn with time....
The rest of the band haven´t let their instruments collect dust
either and their playing is alert and precise. The only thing missing really
is the old hairdo....On the other hand, they almost grow a beard when they
perform Heavy X-Mas.
